Your advantages / Product description

The basic epoxy mortar for applications in concrete
Advantages
  • The injection mortar FIS EB II has ETA assessments for anchorings in cracked concrete and for post-installed rebar connections.
  • Due to the seismic approval for performance category C1 and C2, FIS EB II can be safely used in earthquake regions.
  • FIS EB II is the reliable system for fixing heavy loads indoors and outdoors.
  • Due to the variable anchoring depths, the epoxy resin mortar is very versatile.
  • The long processing time of FIS EB II is particularly suitable for applications in large and deep drillholes.
The fischer injection mortar FIS EB II is an economical epoxy resin mortar for standard applications in cracked and and non-cracked concrete and for post-installed rebar connections. The epoxy mortar is also approved for the seismic performance categories C1 and C2 and thus for application in earthquake regions. FIS EB II is suitable for fixing heavy loads both indoor and outdoor. The FIS EB II can be installed with the approved system components fischer threaded rods FIS A / RGM or with reinforcement bars. The FIS EB II can be used in dry or wet concrete, as well as in water-filled drill holes. This makes the epoxy resin mortar a secure and reliable system under all work site conditions.

Assembly instruction

Functionality
  • The epoxy mortar FIS EB II in combination with the threaded rod FIS A and RG M is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation.
  • Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are not mixed and activated until extrusion through the static mixer.
  • The mortar is injected bubble-free from the drill hole base.
  • The mortar bonds the entire surface of the threaded rod with the drill hole wall and seals off the drill hole.
  • The threaded rod is set manually by slightly rotating it until it reaches the drill hole base.
  • During push-through installation, the annular gap between the threaded rod and the attachment is filled with FIS EB II.
