      The fischer rapid foam door frame & tray for installing door frames, insulating and filling cavities in roof and wall areas, foaming in sanitary elements, fixing insulating elements and wood cladding. The humidity-independent system guarantees a controlled foaming, thus ensuring a safe and fast curing without repressing. The extremely uniform and fine-pore foam structure provides high strength values and offers a maximum of functionality. Color light green. General building authority test certificate for B2. The optimized mechanism enables simple, safe activation of the components. Protective gloves for end users are included.

      • Filling and insulating of cavities in walls and ceilings with insufficient moisture access
      • Assembly of foamed PS moulded parts, shower trays and bathtubs (tub support assembly foam)
      • Fixing insulating elements, wooden panels etc.

      Assembly instruction

      Functionality
      • 2-component PU foam
      • Building material class B2
      • Foam yield of extruded foam 10l
      • Can and processing temperature: +15 °C to +25 °C (optimal: +20 °C; substrate temperature: min. +10 °C)
      • Non-tacky within approx. 6 minutes
      • Can be cut within approx. 10 minutes
      • Cures within approx. 30 minutes
      • Can be despresded after 60 minutes (+20 °C)
      • Temperature resistant from -40 °C to +90 °C
      • Fresh foam stains can be removed immediately with fischer PU cleaner.
