Vertical Tulip-profile for ATK 100 and ATK 107 FLH.
The vertical tulip-profile is a component of the BWM subframe system ATK 100. It is used for vertical load transfer of the façade systems and fixed to the wall holders with system rivets. To enable thermal expansion of the profile, a difference is made between slotted holes (sliding points) and fixed points during fastening. Together with the wall holders and their length, the geometry of the vertical profile determines the façade offset. This system can also compensate for tolerances of the building substrate. The direct fixing of façade panels to the vertical profiles can be visibly riveted/screwed or invisibly glued. In addition, the profiles can be used as a spacer substructure and as a base structure (e.g. for horizontal systems for concealed fixings). Different geometries allow applications for all cladding materials. The profiles are available in 6 m lengths as standard.
