      The economical ETICS hammerset anchor with compound nail
      Advantages
      • The compound nail with its steel-plastic combination minimises heat loss for a thermally isolated fixing.
      • The approved anchor can be set with only a few hammer blows, without using too much energy.
      • Due to the plate thickness of only 3.0 mm, it fits perfectly to the insulation, allowing thin reinforcement layers to be applied.
      • The variable anchoring depths of 25 - 60 mm allow a wide range of applications.
      • The steel component of the compound nail guarantees high loads.
      • The 8 mm dowel diameter and the low embedment depth of min. 25 mm ensure economical installation with minimal drilling time.
      • The hammerset anchor has an ETA approval for building material classes A, B and C.
      TermoFix CN is the economical ETICS hammer-set fixing for all standard applications with approval for building material classes A, B and C. With the TermoFix CN, ETICS facades with compression-resistant insulation boards made of polystyrene, mineral wool or wood soft fibres up to a thickness of 200 mm can be securely fastened to solid and perforated building materials. The ETICS fastener consists of a one-piece sleeve with plate element and a separately enclosed compound nail. The TermoFix CN is driven in with a hammer. The overmoulded plastic component of the nail ensures thermal isolation, whereas the steel component enables high load bearing.

      Assembly instruction

      Functionality
      • The ETICS fixing is mounted as push-through installation.
      • By simply hammering in the compound nail with a standard hammer, the anchor can be set flush with the surface.
      • Non-load-bearing layers, such as adhesive and old plaster, are included in the calculation of the maximum effective length.
