Filling mortar FastFill

The fischer filling mortar FastFill is the quick and easy solution to backfill small to medium-sized anchor plates. Thanks to the cartridge as a pre-portioned package unit, no mixing of components is necessary as with conventional backfilling mortar solutions in sacks or buckets. With the included static mixer, the mortar can be injected directly under the anchor plate that needs to be backfilled. Due to the viscosity of the mortar, a formwork is not required.

Functionality

FastFill is a 2-component mortar system based on polyester resin.
Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are not mixed and activated until extrusion through the static mixer.
Partially used cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer.
The excess mortar can be smoothed out with a trowel after filling. For this purpose, take into account the specified curing times.
