Rail connector SolarFish H44 AL

The SolarFish H44 AL joint allows you to connect two solar rails and make them work together. Thanks to its design, the two rails fit easily into the joint; thanks to the scratch in the middle of its outer side and the dovetail joint, the positioning of the rails is quick and easy.

Advantages

The U section of the connection makes it easy to fit the two rails into it.
The dovetail joint guides installation by clearly and quickly indicating the correct insertion point of the joint into the rails.
The central scratch helps to identify the right position of the rails.
The connection guarantees a solid and safe match between the rails.
The fixing between the connector and the rails has to be realized with RHS M8 screws, compatible with the majority of solar products.

AW 6063 T6 aluminium alloy.
Please note: any oxidation stains are considered characteristic of aluminium. This in no way impairs the functionality of the product and is not covered by the warranty.
Black anodized products may shows little scratches due to packaging and transport.

Applications

All types of pitched and flat roofs.

Functionality

Position two SolarFish H44 AL rails so that they sit inside the connector by centering them with the scratch.
Use the scratch and the dovetail joint to easily position the rails inside the connector.
Fix the connector to the rails through eight RHS 8 screws and eight hexagonal flanged MU F 8M nuts by tightening them with a 15 Nm torque.
