The cost-efficient push-through anchor for multiple fixings.

Ceiling nail FDZ

The fischer ceiling nail FDZ is a zinc-plated steel push-through anchor. The FDZ is approved for multiple anchorings of non-structural systems in concrete. The fischer ceiling nail FDZ is ideal for anchoring metal profiles in drywall and for wire and nonious hangers for suspended ceilings in cracked concrete. The European Technical Approval and classification as per fire resistance class R 120 ensure added safety. The ceiling nail is installed time-saving using a push-through installation and is hammered into the drill hole.

Assembly instruction

Functionality
  • The FDZ is suitable for push-through installation.
  • The FDZ ceiling nail is driven into the drill hole with a hammer until it is firmly in position. Do not hit the expansion wedge at this stage.
  • Then, drive the expansion wedge in flush to the nail head. This causes the FDZ to expand against the drill hole wall.
