      Connection bracket PXC Plus AL

      PXC AL is the aluminium bracket for the cross connection of two overlapping Solar rails at a 90° angle to create a crossed substructure. Quick installation thanks to the connection with the lower profile by hammerhead nut and with the quick coupling connection for the upper profile in the side groove. Compatible with SolarFish H33 and SolarFish H44 profiles.

      Properties
      • Connection bracket in AW6063 T6 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013.
      • A2-70 stainless steel Allen screw in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1/2;2009.
      • FCN AL hammer head nut in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013 and grey nylon PA 6.

      Assembly instruction

      Functionality
      • Insert the FCN AL M 8 nut (preassembled to the bracket) in the upper side of the lower Solar rail and rotate it by 90°.
      • Insert the suitable knurl of the bracket (depending on the height of the used profile) into the lateral side of the upper Solar rail.
      • Tighten the hexagonal socket screw applying a 10Nm torque to secure the connection.
