      Advantages

      PXC Plus AL is the aluminium bracket that allows connecting two overlapping Solar rails with an angle of 90° to create a crossed subframe. Quick coupling inside the lower profile by means of a hammer head nut. Connection to the upper profile through joint in the side groove. Compatible with SolarFish H33 and SolarFish H44 rails.
      Properties
      • Connection bracket in AW6063 T6 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013.
      • A2-70 stainless steel Allen screw in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1/2;2009.
      • FCN AL hammer head nut in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013 and grey nylon PA 6.

      Assembly instruction

      Functionality
      • Insert the FCN AL M 8 nut (preassembled to the bracket) in the upper side of the lower Solar rail and rotate it by 90°.
      • Insert the suitable knurl of the bracket (depending on the height of the used profile) into the lateral side of the upper Solar rail.
      • Tighten the hexagonal socket screw applying a 10Nm torque to secure the connection.
