      Advantages

      • The SolarFish H44 rail can be used very flexible with its two side grooves and one lower groove compatible with the quick couplings of the RH hooks or GTA hooks or with SKS M8 screws or RHS hammer head screws.
      fischer SolarFish H44 is an aluminium alloy rail that can be used on both flat and pitched roofs for photovoltaic systems. In addition to its versatility, the rail allows for quick and easy installation. In the lower and side grooves, SKS M 8 screws or RHS hammer head screws can be applied. In the upper groove, hammer head nuts FCN AL and MW brackets can be used for cross joints.The rail has been designed with a length that reduces waste and facilitates handling on site. SolarFish can be applied on pitched roofs with the RH hooks as well as GTA 1, GTA 2, GTA 3, GC, GTP, GTPR, GT 130 and GTX 150. On flat roof systems, it is suitable for installations with the triangular frames STFS 10°-13°, STFS 10°-15° and STFS 25°-30°-35°.

      Instrucciones de montaje

      Functionality
      • Identify the correct support system based on the type of roof (e.g. flat tile hooks, barrel tile hooks, triangular frames for flat roofs, standing seam clamps, triangular frames for flat roofs, etc.)
      • Assemble the SolarFish H44 rail on the selected support through the lower groove or side grooves.
      • To connect two SolarFish H44 rails, you have two different options.
      • Either use the SolarFish H44 connector. Use the scratch and the dovetail joint to easily position the rails inside the connector. Fix the connector to the rails through 4 RHS 8 screws and 4 hexagonal flanged MU F 8M nuts by tightening them with a 15 Nm torque.
      • Alternatively, install two CPN AL joints on both sides of the rail, making them slide inside the side grooves until it touches the stud in the centre of the joint. Complete the connection by locking each end of the CPN AL connection with 4 x 3.5 mm x 9.5 mm self-drilling screws on each side of the SolarFish H44 rail.
      • To limit thermal expansion, it is advisable to create series of rails connected to each other up to a maximum length of 15 m. Beyond this measure it is necessary to interrupt the structure and start again with a new rail disconnected from the previous ones.
      • Install the clamps through the upper groove of the rail.
      • Fix the PV panels by tightening the clamps.
      • Apply the AK SP caps to the ends of the SolarFish H44 rail for a clean finish.
